Hours: 6:00 AM – 6 PM
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating molding machines, assembling parts, and ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Operate molding and assembly machines safely and efficiently.

Assemble, trim, and inspect molded parts according to specifications.

Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Package finished parts and prepare them for shipment.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Follow all safety procedures and report any equipment issues to a supervisor.

Assist with basic machine setup, maintenance, or material changes as needed.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in assembly, molding, or manufacturing preferred (will train the right candidate).

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting.
