We're hiring a Plumbing Engineer to join our client company’s team. This is a full-time remote position. We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams to deliver high-quality plumbing system designs for commercial and industrial building projects.

We're hiring a Plumbing Engineer to join our client company’s team. This is a full-time remote position. We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams to deliver high-quality plumbing system designs for commercial and industrial building projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferred.
- 5 years experience designing plumbing systems for commercial and/or industrial buildings.
- PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred, EI (Engineer Intern) certification
- Experience with domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, natural gas, and plumbing systems for building design.
- Strong understanding of plumbing engineering principles and applicable design standards.
- Experience with BIM software, Revit a plus
- Experience using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Building, Plumbing, and Energy Codes for the State of New York
- Able to travel to job sites in New York occasionaly
- Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating with architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
