Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay: $16 per hour
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 6:00 AM until route completion
Mileage Reimbursement: Provided

Position Overview

Employment Solutions is hiring a dependable Part-Time Weekend Merchandiser to service retail locations throughout the Greensboro area. This active, hands-on position involves stocking, product rotation, display maintenance, and general labor.

You will drive your own vehicle between assigned retail locations. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of full-coverage auto insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail locations using your personal vehicle
• Stock products on shelves and displays
• Rotate inventory and remove expired or damaged products
• Organize back stock and customer storage areas
• Move freight and collect pallets, shells, and flats
• Keep shelves, end caps, and displays clean and organized
• Communicate with sales and delivery teams regarding customer needs
• Follow the assigned route and adapt to schedule changes
• Provide professional customer service at every location

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Proof of full-coverage auto insurance
• Availability every Saturday and Sunday
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally move up to 100 pounds with assistance or equipment
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Willing to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
