Sandblaster/Burnisher

Employment Solutions is hiring a Sandblaster/Burnisher for a leading aerospace company in South Windsor, CT. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term growth potential.

Location: South Windsor, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $20+/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by removing contaminants such as dirt, paint, and grease
• Operate blast cabinets and related equipment safely and accurately
• Load and unload aerospace parts and manage abrasive materials
• Apply non-skid coatings as required
• Ensure parts meet required finish and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous sandblasting or related manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience working with tools and industrial equipment a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, or weekends as needed
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
