1st Shift: $15/hr + $1/hr Attendance Bonus
2nd Shift: $16/hr + $1/hr Attendance Bonus

Employment Solutions is hiring motivated, dependable Production Associates for a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing plant in the Wilmington area. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with room to grow and excellent long-term potential. If you’re looking for steady work in an organized, team-oriented setting — we want to hear from you!
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

Pay Details:
- 1st Shift: $15/hour + $1/hour Weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus
- 2nd Shift: $16/hour + $1/hour Weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus
- Eligible for full benefits once hired on!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assembling and cutting product to specifications
- Operating machinery (some experience preferred)
- Lifting and moving heavy materials throughout your shift
- Using hand tools and following production procedures
- Keeping your work area clean and safe in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand, lift, and move for a full shift
- Comfortable working with hand tools and machines
- Strong work ethic and excellent attendance
- Steel toe boots/shoes required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
