Sales & Merchandising Representative – Beverage Industry

Location: Hardeeville, SC
Salary: $48,000–$50,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, beginning at 6:00 AM
Typical Workday: Approximately 8–10 hours

Employment Solutions is hiring an experienced Sales & Merchandising Representative for an established beverage company serving large-format retail stores throughout the Hardeeville area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, growing accounts, and staying active throughout the workday. Previous sales experience is required, and experience in the beverage, food, grocery, or consumer-goods industry is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Manage sales and merchandising activities for assigned large-format retail accounts
• Build strong working relationships with store managers and department personnel
• Identify sales opportunities and help increase product placement and visibility
• Merchandise beverage products according to company and store standards
• Maintain organized, fully stocked, and attractive product displays
• Rotate products and monitor inventory to maintain freshness and availability
• Communicate product needs, account concerns, and sales opportunities
• Ensure promotional displays and pricing materials are properly installed
• Travel between assigned customer locations throughout the day
• Represent the company professionally while providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required
• Beverage, food, grocery, retail, or consumer-goods sales experience is strongly preferred
• Experience working with large-format retail stores is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and a clean, reliable driving history
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing an assigned territory
• Ability to perform physical merchandising work throughout the day
• Dependable and available to begin work at 6:00 AM
